Good afternoon, I have a Firewall SMB 1570 R that freezes every time it reboots. When checking via serial connection, I see the error message above. The device only boots correctly and responds via the web interface when I completely disconnect it from power and plug it back in.

However, if I perform a reboot (either manually or during an upgrade), the system freezes during the process, leaving the power LED solid red (no blinking).

I formatted it from the boot menu and restarted it as soon as it loaded, but the same problem persists.

I would reimage the unit from USB with the desired level of firmware: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk98549 
Note this will factory reset the unit, so ensure you have a backup. 

If you're still having issues after doing this, contact the TAC as you may need to RMA the unit.
