Reports not generating in SMB 1400 series Appliances.

Dear Team,

We have SMB 1450 series appliances version of R77.20.87 (990172960) from that not able to generate reports  from WebUI.

Note: Previously (In past 2months back) we are able to generate the report from the same appliance.

The report shows empty data , but logs we are able to see.

But with same R77.20.87 (990172960) SMB appliance which are located in other locations we are able to generate reports.

 

Can you please provide a solution for the issue why we are not able to generate the reports?

Consider updating the firmware (see below) and if the problem persists I recommend consulting TAC further.

Looks like a part is generated , i see IPS/AV data in it. The other empty data is related to the application / URL filtering blade.

Any changes have been made there for this gateway? How is the license for this blade? If you check logs of this gateway can you see if those blades are still working?
