Remote VPN reconnecting SMB 1590 80.20, 80.40

Hello, after the user has connected to the VPN, reconnection occurs after a few seconds, how can I fix this problem?

I have SMB 1590 quantum spark , firmware 80.20 and 80.40

Which VPN client type is used and can you confirm the build of the image running on the Gateway please?

I upgrate via flash-card firware to  version is R81.10 (996000506),  VPN client E82.40 Build 986101507

E86.26 is the recommended client version as it stands E82.x is quite old by comparison. 

If it was stable on the earlier GW version R80.20.40(?) I would recommend discussing it further with TAC support.
