Quantum Spark 1800 AD Query only displaying User Groups

Hi,

We are trying to connect our Quantum Spark 1800 to our Active Directory but is only displaying User Groups and not Users.

What could be causing this issue?

Which firmware version is used with this gateway and is it centrally or locally managed?

Firmware version is R81.10.07 and it is locally managed.

As the others have advised since this is a current constraint when locally managed, I've asked that it be made clear in sk178604.

As far as know, Spark Locally managed only work with groups.

Correct, only User Groups are supported with Quantum Spark.

I think this is a limitation without much sense. It leaves us in a bad position vs competition.
