Is there any limit to configure the LAN ports as WAN  ? the new 910 model has 16x 1GbE LAN ports

See the R77.20.81 firmware details:

Locally managed SMB appliances (910, 7x0, 14x0) can support a maximum of 32 Internet connections. Multiple WAN interfaces (assigning LAN ports as WAN interfaces) are not supported for centrally managed gateways.

Should be possible for one PPoE per LAN IF according to documentation...

Hi Albert,

Does this apply for R81 as well ? if yes, why do we need vDSL appliances at all ? for example, CPA-SG1570WDSL-AU.

is there any documentation on how to configure LAN ports as WAN ?

Thanks

I think the answer is obvious, some admins would prefer not to manage multiple devices Firewall & DSL modem.

R81.x for Spark appliances? The corresponding documentation is available here:

Interesting !

I thought we need at 1550 at least for Dual WAN. Did not realise we could repurpose LAN of smaller appliances like 1530.
