Logs and Monitoring>Status>Monitoring

Hello,

 

My customer has SMB appliance and Active Directory Server which is configured on SMB WebUI. They can receive users data from Active Directory Server and users can be seen.Interfaces up, Vpn tunnels up. However, when they move to Logs and Monitoring>Status>Monitoring, they couldn't receive data about bandwith usage, traffic, top bandwith consuming etc.

I thought that this problem could be about version.However, they have another SMB appliance with same version which is R81.10.08 and they don't have any problem.So, I think that I missed something but I couldn't find what it is.

Is there any suggestion about this issue?
