anyone else seeing issues with newly purchased 1500 appliances not having their support blades attached?
The boxes are showing up with support in user center, but annual blades are all unlicensed even though it was all purchased as a bundle?
I have a ticket open with account services.
Did you do a Activate license locally on the box? A embedded box is different from normal gateway in the thing that you need the license locally activated, central licensing does not work for them.
Yes I am aware how to license a SMB box. I have been using them all the way back to the 100 series. This is failing. I am just curious if anyone else is experiencing the problem on recently purchased boxes in the last 90 days.
If the boxes show in UC with support but no services licensing must fail - Account Services is the only one able to help in such cases. And yes, strange things do happen often with licenses 8)
Yep, and that is why a ticket is opened. My question is more if anyone else is seeing this which would mean the problem is the process on the backend or is it just my two orders that I saw this on.
This looks just like a typical licensing issue to me, and i have heard nothing about 1500s and such a problem recently.

Yep. There they are most frequent 😉. Licensing is more a manual task, and you could have bought the same unit with 1 -3 years license.
Are you unable to retrieve the activation file from usercenter for offline activation or is online activation via Web UI failing?
Both local activation is failing and there are no blades to activate online for downloading for offline activation. My guess is this is a backend problem, and I was look8ng to see if anyone else was seeing it on recently purchased appliances.
