Gateway loses connectivity after installing policies

I have a 1500 model gateway, every time I install a policy the gateway restarts, has anyone had a similar problem?

Thanks to all I found that the error was a policy with a nat, I deleted this rule and it worked

Are you running firmware R81.10.07 or something else?

Please upgrade to a more recent release.
The latest R80.20 release is: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk165734
The very latest release is: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk180628
If the problem still persists, please open a TAC case: https://help.checkpoint.com

This should not happen and recommend engaging the TAC if you are not on the latest release (R81.10.07): https://help.checkpoint.com

As the guys said, its not normal behavior...can you confirm that everything in the policy looks fine? Logically, to me anyway, it sounds like there is either service or an object (or something else) causing this. When did it start happening?

I would ensure as Chris and Dameon said you have latest firmware, if so, call TAC immediately and let them investigate.
