Again we see the issue i have explained in https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/SMB-Gateways-Spark/Gaia-Embedded-Firmware-Upgrade/m-p/89538#M375...
- customer receives his new 1530 box, it is plug and play 😉
- customer checks in Device > System Operations for a new firmware
- customer receives the message "Firmware is up to date" for his R80.20.02 version
- his new 1530 box reboots autonomously twice a day
- after some days of reboot, customer sends the box back for repair or exchange
WHY not show that the most up to date firmware is R80.20.20 (992001869) ? This would be the behaviour all customers are expecting when they see the button Check now !
@Amir_Ayalon , @Zachi_Schnieder - i know about this beiing a design decision, but is this really impossible ?
