Failed to load the rule base

Hello,

On my SMB 750 appliance when I try to open Policy I receive error:

 

Failed to load the rule base.

System error: An internal error has occurred.
If the problem persists please contact Check Point Technical Assistance Center

Web server error.

 

Can anyone help?

Have you attempted to reboot or upgrade the device recently, what version & build is it running?

Please see sk154713 regarding a possible solution.

Looks like no config can be found - try a reset to defaults and FTW !

Just curious, though you got excellent responses so far, does this happen on any given browser you try? If so, then its definitely an appliance issue.

Hello,

Firmware version is R77.20.87 (990173004)

I tried to reboot gateway but without success. Also, I checked for update but didn't find one.

Then I opened a case and received instructions for manual update:

Please download latest release from our support Web site - SK120169

 

After instaling R77_990173120_20.img everything works fine.
