1430 can support IPSEC ESP ？

I do IPSEC VPN docking and juniper, found that juniper IPSEC configuration ESP, 1430 can configure ESP?

That's standard IPSEC VPN, which is supported.

Yes IPSec/ESP is supported, but you are likely to have issues with IKE Phase 2 negotiation failures between a Juniper and a Check Point when the Check Point initiates.  See this article for guidance:
