Lost connection to SMP after reboot(1100 Appliance)

Hello together,

We have a central managed 1100 appliance with firmware R77.20.80 (990172392).

Every time when we restart the appliance, it loses connection to the SMP and can't establish the local configured VPN connection to the SMP. The Cloud Service Status gets stuck at "Connecting - Synchronizing after reboot..."

The only opportunity we have is to manually switch off and switch on the cloud service. When we disable the Cloud Service following message pops up:

During the SMP connection lost, we can see blocks in the log(although the firewall rules are configured correctly):

After reconnecting with the centralized server everything is working correctly. 

Has someone any knowledge about this behaviour?

Looks like there was a service defined two times, as we found: , 'ERROR: macro identifier <udp_123__match> redefined'.

Sounds like you might need to open a TAC case.
