CheckMates Go:
Maestro Madness
Hi, this error typically happens for two reasons:
1. the device hostname contains special characters
2. the system clock is off (not synced or sync issues with a time server?)
I remember seeing that in the lab once and after reboot, was fine. It was windows 11 24h2
Did you try any of below versions?
Hey @joon , any luck with this?
It has not been confirmed in the issue pc yet.
I'll leave a comment as soon as it's updated.
Thank you.
If you need me to test anything, happy to do it. I now installed latest sase agent.
When I checked the PC environment
It was Windows 10.
We have currently installed up to version 12.2.0.9503, but the symptoms were the same.
Failed in generate certificate during agent execution.
Why is that?
Did you check what @rlopes suggested?
I'm checking that part
The chances are not high.
I would open P81 case then, dont open regular TAC case, as they dont deal with SASE.
