harmony sase agent error

When running the base agent, there is an error as shown below and in the picture.
Does anyone know why?
What action should be taken to make the agent function normally?
This is Windows 11.

Hi, this error typically happens for two reasons:

1. the device hostname contains special characters

2. the system clock is off (not synced or sync issues with a time server?)

It has not been confirmed in the issue pc yet.
I'll leave a comment as soon as it's updated.
Thank you.

If you need me to test anything, happy to do it. I now installed latest sase agent.

When I checked the PC environment
It was Windows 10.
We have currently installed up to version 12.2.0.9503, but the symptoms were the same.
Failed in generate certificate during agent execution.
Why is that?

I would open P81 case then, dont open regular TAC case, as they dont deal with SASE.
