I've been wanting to get some hands-on experience with Harmony Connect remote access. I filed the eval application via Infinity Portal - which was promptly rejected. Then reached out to my trusty SE who got me sorted with an evaluation license.
The license reflects in my Infinity Portal:
Unfortunately my Harmony Connect landing page still gives the default "waiting for approval" landing page:
I did log a request for assistance via Infinity Portal 2 days ago (no response yet), the e-mail address above also does not work (non-existent recipient).
Is there perhaps anyone on the Connect team here that can assist with this?
