authenticated by FireWall-1 authentication

I have configured Remote Access VPN on Gaia 82, when I try to connect with Endpoint Security Client, it stucks on "User *** authenticated by FireWall-1 authentication" and nothing happened.

Did it work before, or is it a new system? GW, client, OS versions? Any details about the config?

Hi,

More details would be nice. What do you see in SmartLog? Encryption Domain configured correctly? 
Are you using Office Mode? Is that configured correctly?

A lot of option to configure and to configure incorrectly.
