VPN service is down

Dear All

I have this issue on a clinet VPN Endpoint 8430 VPN service is down

I try to reinstall the apllication but dosn't work.

Is impossible to open the client the service is down and is impossible start

I have W10

Your symptoms are very similar to those mentioned in sk101081. Try following the SK, although it does not mention your particular client version. If does not help, open a TAC service request

I had a similar issue on E85.10 after a windows update. And it seems like sk101081 solved the issue after changing the registry

What is build # of Windows 10 (in cmd: winver)?

Do you see Virtual Network Adapter in the Network Connections?

Can you please check what is the service status in Task Manager:

If it's stopped try to run it manually.

I have the same problem. That occured me after a Windows update. Someone knows the solution?

For the sake of knowledge, in my case I solved the problem by installing the last version of the VPN client (I could just launch the setup over the current one).

Trying to reinstall the same version didn't solve the issue.
