SSL Portal Applications Missing

Hello,

I configured Mobile Access Web Applications via unified policy. When users login the ssl portal from internet they can't see these corporate web applications links. But they can see the all application links when they connect the ssl portal from LAN. How can I solve this problem?

What Access Roles are used to allow access to those applications?
Specifically what networks are matched by said access roles?
Redacted screenshots would help.
