Dear All 

I am facing issue when user logout from endpoint vpn. we getting update message in logs

user login through endpoint security vpn at 10.30 AM.

user logout at 11.20 AM.  

when i am checking in logs i am getting update message 11.50 AM. 

time duration of user is showing 1 hours 20 minutes

but the user is logout at 11.20 AM. so the actual time duration of user is only 50 minutes.

I am confuse why it is showing wrong information.

Note that in general a client can disconnect without notifying the gateway, which can cause some discrepancies in session length.
