"DynamicID sending failure,To retry, please type r and select Submit"

I do not receive the sms with the authentication code in the mobile access and in the capsule, I have the following error message: "DynamicID sending failure,To retry, please type r and select Submit".

Is this against a Quantum Spark SMB appliance?
Sounds like SMBGWY-8519 listed here: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk181134
Which means upgrading to the latest R81.10.10 firmware should resolve it.

If this is not a Quantum Spark gateway, please provide more details about the environment (gateway type version/JHF level, client type/version).

They are a cluster in Open Servers, in version R81.20 Take 53, the manager is also Open Server, in the same version.
