office mode vpn on MDS

guys im lost here. i just converted a 1550 box from local to central mgmt. now that i am managing the box under the MDS how do i configure office mode vpn? i want to allow office mode vpn for 1 user. where do i define this user? what settings do i need to configure? im stuck.
