no "no vpn client is needed" windows after Windows upgrading

Hi

After upgrading Windows 10 and reinstallation of VPN client this windows in no longer appearing, nothing critical but nice feature for end user, does someone now what could have happened ?

 

Old windows version 1909  new version 21H2

What version of Endpoint client was used before and after, also is location awareness still enabled?
