endpoint client shows blank page in macos

Hello Mates,

Recently we have implemented Azure saml with mfa for remote vpn access. It is working fine with windows machines but getting blank page when trying to connect with macos. 

I have checked sk182276 but that is not the case here. Any idea why this is happening with macos?

Could you share which version of endpoint client and macos are involved?

Hi Chris,

Earlier we were testing with endpoint client version E88.30 but this issue is resolved with client version E87.70 as it is recommended version.

Now we are facing same issue (balnk page) with Capsule on Windows via Microsoft Store or on iPhone devices.

I would try with whatever latest version available is for macOS, if no luck, would open TAC case to check further.

Its possible it might be a bug too, who knows.

Hi,

MacOS issue is resolved but as I said, capsule connect client getting blank screen. I have collected capsule logs and found that it matches sk182276.  capsule connect client is sending request with FQDN while we have configured IP in GW and portal.

Everything works except capsule connect. So I dont want to change anything on GW side. Is it possible to do some setting on capsule connect client side so that it can send request with IP not FQDN?
