cvpnd_settings removes quotation marks

Hi ! 

is it correct behavior , that cvpnd_settings command removes all/any quotation marks in eg. $CVPNDIR/conf/cvpnd.C

like if i want to alter  FileShareDefaultSmbVersion  "2.0" using

 

cvpnd_settings $CVPNDIR/conf/cvpnd.C set FileShareDefaultSmbVersion  "2.0" 

 

not only are quotation marks removed from this line , but in nearly all lines in $CVPNDIR/conf/cvpnd.C !! ???
