VPN license issue after upgrade to cluster
Upgraded single host to cluster Friday by 3rd party. VPN tested fine on Friday. Today users started getting errors connecting to VPN. No officemode license available.
Having issues with raising 3rd party support. Licensing not my area. Can I request and receive a temp VPN lic (with officemode) without engaging my 3rd party support directly on CP website? Have 200 users connecting in a few hrs, so need to resolve quickly.
Couple more questions: Are the licenses additive (as in they won't affect current license key, just add the VPN function) And will they need applying to each host in the cluster, or the management server or the virtual fw device?

Run "cplic print" on both cluster members and post here.

Temp license is not a solution, I hope you understand that.

To be more precise: It is kind of a solution for 30 days. 😉

Ok, not a permanent solution. Also, running eval licenses for production is a violation of EULA.

Thanks for all the comments. Yes not a permanent solution. Anyway the Checkpoint reseller didn't pull the licenses through on the upgrade, so they have applied a temp license until we resolve.
