VPN Connect SSL Failure
Hi All,
We are Running R81.20 and configured Remote access vpn, Client we are using E86.80
I am able to connect to successful first time but after 1 second disconnected, trying connecting and saying error "VPN tunnel has disconnected, a connection could not be established", and return to the screen to enter the user pass.
on smartconsole, check the log and see the error as attached image
I want to ask if the first connection is successful, will the error be related to the routing configuration? otherwise errors can occur, and what should I do about it?

The error message says: "remote access client ip address and port were changed"
Based on the log card, it appears that it was the source port that was changed.
That would be done by some device between the client and gateway, most likely.
Of course, you're also using an older client and should try a more recent one.
E86.80 is still officially supported...but only until May of 2025.

I would try with E88.40 or above and see what happens. There were LOTS of improvements since the version you are testing with.
