Using Email as MFA

Hello all.

I have a 1530 appliance which works fine.

I’m trying to add email as MFA method but, although everything is configured fine, it’s not working. If I enable the SMS feature it does work, but I need to use email because we have many employees working around the world and they can’t get SMS while traveling. What I did was: filled email address at the user properties, checked the MFA feature in the VPN blade and SMS isn’t checked. I also tried to remove the Mobile number from the user's properties and leave Email address filled only, but still not working.

Any ideas?

To my knowledge for locally managed Spark  appliances only SMS is currently supported unless you're integrating via Radius which may allow alternatives.

UPDATE: Email is planned as an option, contact your local SE to learn more.
