Use Windows 10 VPN client to connect to Checkpoint Gateway

Hi Checkmates,

I want to use the Windows 10 embedded VPN client instead of using the Checkpoint Endpoint Remote Access client.

Do you know if this is feasible;

If you use Check Point Capsule VPN downloaded from Win Store, yes.

Thank you Albrecht for your answer. If i do not use the Check Point Capsule VPN but only the embedded Windows 10 VPN client i will not make it operational;

I seen people do it before and it works...is it officially supported by CP, that I have no clue.

The Win 8.1 VPN PlugIn was a CP product, but now it is CP Capsule VPN from Windows Store.

Not currently supported.
You would need to use our app from the Windows Store.

One more question...At my Test Checkpoint VS i have enables the IP Sec vpn blabe and the Mobile access blade but my mobile access licenses are expired.

Do you think that this may cause problems with the remote access vpn connectivity from the Windows 10 client;

Unless you have a legacy license, most gateway licenses include support for 5 remote access users.
With more users than that, yes, you will have an issue as the MAB license is one of the licenses required for remote access users (the others are either Endpoint licenses or legacy ACCESS licenses).

PhoneBoy i make a try to install it but i did not manage to do it. Do you own any configuration guide which explains the way that i must configure the Checkpoint gateway in order to make a successful vpn connection from the my windows 10 computer where i have install the CP Capsule VPN plugin;
