Static Office Mode IP for RAVPN user

HI Team

I have a Check Point R81.10 Security Gateway with the Mobile Access blade enabled. Currently, remote access VPN users are automatically assigned office mode IPs from a pool. However, I'd like to configure static IPs for specific users. I have two questions

1. These static IPs must be outside the existing pool range.

2. Can you guide me on how to achieve this?
