Single Sign on ICA Client Citrix

Hi,

I have a customer that uses the clientless solution of  the remote access blade.

Users browse to the remote access portal to access the Citrix StoreFront web page. No auth is required as SSO works.

When the ICA client is  launched, the Windows prompt in the ICA session requires logon credentials, not using SSO.

Is there a way to configure this so the whole solution is seemless and SSO works throughout?

The ideal design is when the ICA client is launched, no Windows prompt appears and the user logs on directly.

Are using SNX to connect with the ICA client?
In any case, it sounds like a Citrix question.

They are - but I agree, it does seem to sway down the Citrix issue rather than us.

I will do some more investigating. They are also having problems with Jabber when connected via the VPN (Call Server in their DC so VPN necessary)
