I'm trying to get a VPN connection connected to our organization's VPN (SSL Network Extender) via the organization's website in MS Edge web browser in IE mode.

I'm am using an M1 (ARM) iMac with Parallels running Windows ARM version.

I don't know the version of Gateway now. On Monday, I will be able to clarify this information (version of the gateway) with the system administrators.

The version of Windows (Parallels, iMac M1 ARM):

Edition:

Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview

OS build:

22526.1000

Experience:

Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22526.1000.0

This is Windows Insider Preview 22526 from  1/6/2022 and SMX from 2008... According to sk113410, only Win 10 is supported !

Windows users are required to have Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 8 or Oracle OpenJDK version 11 installed.

Ok.

I install Windows 10 Pro (arm64 version) on iMac M1 via Parallels.

And I have this Error 1075 again.

And of course, OpenJDK 11 is installed.

It's possible ? (Windows 10 ARM version + SNX Portal / Check Point SSL Network Extender)

SNX does not run in 64bit browsers, see sk67141.

Okay.

What should I do? Is it planned to be finalized?

ARM processors are already ubiquitous on Mac and PC

Use another CP RA client, see sk67820: Check Point Remote Access Solutions for an overview !

I try last chance.

I install Windows 10 Pro (21382 Build). It's included Internet Explorer (32 bit).

And the Check Point SSL Network Extender service still cannot be started (error 1075 again).

Summarizing this, I can say that the browser version does not affect the launch of the service in any way. This service just doesn't work on ARM.

Please adapt this service to run on Windows (ARM64). There is no other option for connecting to a corporate PC, only through the portal / SNX.

My understanding is that Parallels is emulating Windows, but not Intel processors.
The various VPN clients on Windows (SNX, Check Point Mobile, Endpoint Security VPN) are not supported using an ARM processor.
I do not know the precise timeframe for supporting this.

We do offer a Mac native client (not in Windows emulation) that does support Apple's M1 chip.

Please refer to sk65210, SNX is only supported on Intel platforms.
