Remote Access VPN not working since manager upgrade to R80.10

Hi

 

I have a puzzling issue which I hope someone could shed some light on.

We've just upgraded an non-production management server from R77.30 to R80.10, the gateway managed by it has not yet been upgraded and is still running R77.30.

Since upgrading management, we can no longer connect to the gateway via remote access VPN (SecuRemote in this case). We're getting the standard "site is not responding" error, and we've been over the scenarios in sk128652 without success.

Any ideas what else could be causing this?

I do have a ticket open with TAC at the same time.

Have you taken a tcpdump to see if there's any clue there?
You will probably have to work with the TAC to get to the bottom of it.
