Remote Access VPN auto-upgrade refused by user

Hi all,

We have set our R77 .30 Management Appliance to auto-upgrade VPN clients to E82.50. The setting in Global properties is 'Ask User'  and we sent out a notification to all users on Friday that they would be asked to upgrade and to respond 'Yes'

Unfortunately, quite a few users tried to connect VPN before reading their e-mails and so have responded 'No' and they don't appear to be asked again, even after a reconnection or reboot.

Does anybody know if there is an upgrade flag or something on the client that we can change to get the upgrade offered again?  I know I can enforce the update in Global Properties but we don't want to do that just yet.
