Registration error on Avaya VoIP due use of NATP.
Hi gurus...
We are using a remote solution based on 3000 apliance, Gaia R80.30 and Checkpoint VPN client in Endpoint (office) mode for remote users.
All is working fine, except our solution of Avaya VoIP that uses "One-x" software to simulate a phisical phone.
Aparently, Avaya VoIP sotware can not login (register) users who are comming from a NAPT network.
Ths is the error, from Avaya log: RC_REGISTRATION_FAILURE_NAPT_IN_EFFECT
Question: is there a way to disable NAPT in office mode for remote users..?

Is this a soft client that runs on the PC?
If you're truly using Office Mode and IP Pool NAT is disabled, there should be no NAPT happening as far as the client is concerned.
