R80.30 SSL network extender just initializing after clicking connect in Mac os Catalina 10.15.7

-The user can access SSL network extender and his account on windows using Chrome but not in his Mac Os Catalina 10.15.7

- Other users can access SSL network extender using their Mac Os Catalina 10.15.7

- users are using required version, java, browser, and hotfix available.

- Only that 1 specific Mac os Catalina 10.15.7 workstation is not working properly when connecting in SSL network extender when clicking connect it's just initializing.

- the user is first time user in his Mac os Catalina 10.15.7

 

  • Hi guys, do you know any workaround for this 1 specific Mac os Catalina 10.15.7? When clicking connect it's just initializing,  I was thinking maybe I miss any settings.

Thanks, I also see this error after clicking connect then initializing,...... then in logs it shows : "Mobile Access - Reject. Reason: Error in disconnecting user. Access Denied."
