Problems with Installation of SNX Network Extender on Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I'm currently facing an issue with the Mobile Access Blade. We use R81.20 Take 118. The SSL Network Extender fails to install when trying to establish a connection.

Here’s what I’ve observed:

• The SSL Network Extender does not get installed during the connection attempt.
• No new network adapter appears in the system.
• I tested this using OpenJDK 17.
• I used Chrome, Edge and Firefox
• Windows 11 24h2 is used

Has anyone experienced similar issues or found a workaround? Are there known compatibility problems with OpenJDK, or are there additional requirements for the extender to install properly?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Just tried it in my lab, no issues. Windows 11 25H2

I tried it with an clean installation of windows and it works also. Im just wondering why the Network extender doest get installed.

Try to install JDK 20. it will work.
