Someone, Could you please help to compare and explain MEP vs Secondary Connect

If you are talking about Office Mode IP Pool for VPN clients, then no. Each GW in MEP should have its own pool, so the return packets in the internal networks could get back to that specific GW the tunnel is open at this moment.

VPN Domain will be the same for all GWs in the MEP, though.

MEP provides High Availability and Load Sharing for VPN. The MEP environment has two or more VPN gateways that protect and enable access to the same VPN domain

 

Secondary Connect gives access to multiple VPN gateways with different VPN domains at the same time, connecting users transparently to distributed resources.

One more question. With MEP, Can we configure the same IP pool on all VPN gateway ?
