One of the users in my enviroment got this error when they were trying to sign in to the remote access VPN. I have tried uninstalling the agent, the SNX extender, deleted the checkpoint folder in the Program files, yet this issue persist whenever we try to install the agent.
The agent worked seamlessly before today.
Please suggest a way. The machine is we are running is a windows 11 PC.

Except I'd do that in the Windows Certificate Store instead of the Firefox specific one.
