Identity awareness and VPN

Hello

We are already using identity awareness . and also identity sharing between gateways .
but identity of a user accessing from VPN is not always registered on gateways . it is registered only if the user locks and unlocks his workstation., what should be the best way to resolve this (agent?)

Is Remote Access enabled as an Identity Source in the gateway object?
It’s not by default.
