Can I block a user after unsuccessful connection attempts via Endpoint VPN client/to SSL VPN portal?

Once after installing the policy after removing the user from policy and RemoteAccess community will disconnection the access with the respect to access the internal Server.

You could use a SAM rule triggered by successive events script and block an source IP of an alleged attacker.
