From SecureRemote to CheckPoint Mobile

Hi,

 

is it possible to configure client agent from SecureRemote to CheckPoint Mobile and vice versa without reinstalling agent?

Best why would be via script, but I am not sure how to do it.

 

All commands I can find are for create or delete site
