FileShares via Mobale Access Portal issue

Hello, dear CheckMates.

One of our users suddenly started to face the problem while entering the FileShare via MAB Portal. The error is:

In SmartConsole:

He said he had a connection malfunction, but before that the service worked correctly.

He is the only user with such issue - other users do not complain.

Please, give an advice - what might be wrong? Maybe session stuck or something?

The issue were mitigated - I created the separate access rule to FileShare for this user, but with slightly different Single-sign-on settings
