E82.50 (Win 10) Wont start after install

Installed E82.50 on Win 10 PC and the application installed without error but I cannot get the app to start even as admin.

I click, nothig happens.

Tried repair, tried reboot - any help appreciated.

Recommend opening a TAC case so they can troubleshoot here.
