Connectivity with the Check Point Endpoint Security service is lost

Hi Gents,

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our VPN Services that is not allowing our staff in certain departments to remote access our servers. We received an error message Connectivity with the VPN service is lost.

This issue affects the remote working employees – Everything was working fine until 31/12/2020 last working day before Christmas.

Updating to the latest version is not possible (I am getting the error message attached). The repair method seems to be not working as well!

Please advise on the next steps!
