Compatibility of .pkg installer with both Intel and Apple Silicon macOS architectures

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to confirm whether the .pkg installer available on this Check Point download page is compatible with both Intel-based and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) Macs.

The documentation doesn’t clearly specify if the package is a universal binary or if separate installers are required for each architecture.

Has anyone tested this installer on an Apple Silicon Mac, or can someone from Check Point confirm the supported architectures?

I just tested it on my macbook air at home and worked just fine.

Had a friend test it on his Silicon Mac, also no issues.
