Just as a community generic rule, we prefer when people give as much info as possible in their initial post, so we can help you better. Obiously, please blur out any sensitive info if you send any relevant screenshots, but here is what would help for starters:
-firewall version/jumbo
-what client version is it?
-where does connection get stuck exactly?
-any relevant logs in smart console?
-does everyone have same issue or just some users?
-is below enabled on the gateway (cluster) properties? (does not need to be all users, as long as relevant group is there)
