Checkpoint ends point security vpn uninstall error 26702

I am trying to uninstall check point endpoint security vpn e84.20

I constantly get error code 26702 when trying to uninstall or even reinstall. With that my pc is now almost totally unusable. 

Please assist as a matter of urgency.

do you have administration privileges? 

E84.20 version has the following Known Limitation:

Issue ID: EPS-29473 / Description: Installation - Prevents the initiation of repair and uninstall by underprivileged users. Administrative user elevation is required to initiate the procedures.

Yes I am logging in as an administrator to do the uninstall. Never had this problem uninstalling previously and unfortunately now sorting with a machine that cannot access the web so technically useless.
