Checkpoint NPS autentification issue
Faced with issue user’s authentication via Radius (NPS).
Users connected via CP VPN client – 95% of them have no problem and granted access to local net.
Other 5% users declined with message – “Wrong user name or password”. Back to previously authentication method -”Defined of user records (Legacy)” – all users authenticated successfully.
How to resolve this problem? There are tons of information in the vpnd.elg file - it's not clear where to look.
Regards

Version/JHF level of gateway?
This behavior points to some sort of bug and recommend opening a TAC case to assist.

Not sure what process you used to invoke debug, but this might give you more information: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk180488
Regardless, a TAC case in parallel might be necessary.
