Check point vpn blocks ping
hi,
we have some pcs with check point vpn installed
after some time, i can reach this computer and cannot ping them or connect them remotley
only uninstall the vpn solved this issue
anyone have an idea?

Could it be that your Endpoint Policy Management is no longer there, and the harmony agents are reverting to a restrictive endpoint policy?

You need to have CP GWs as RA VPN peers and a Management Server to create the policy.

Me too,I have the same problem,
checkpoint vpn is disconnected , others pc cannot ping them or connect them remotley . the checkpoint vpn client is restart can solved this issue

i have the same problem...from some network i can ping and from some networks not...
i have installed Endpoint SecurityVersion E87.20
in the desktop policy all is allowed...
in which log file can i analyze that when i collect logs at vpn check point client...they have so many logs...

they have more then 20 files with extension *.log...see attachement

I would check trac.log, for sure.
