Check Point Mobile: No traffic to Firewall Gateway
Hi guys,
my name is Goran and I have a problem with my new company notebook and the Check Point Mobile Client for Windows (Vers. 88.30).
I can't ping the firewall gateway or establish a SSH session to it - but the VPN is working fine. Other destinations like servers are reachable.
A tracert is showing, that the traffic is not routed through the VPN.
My old notebook is running great. I can establish a SSH connection to the gateway.
I can remember, that I did some configuration on my old notebook on client-side. Like trac.default - But I can't remember what I have done. I also tried "route all traffic gateway" which also works, but that's not an option for me.
Maybe somebody can help ?
Thanks.
Greetings
Goran

Hi Andy,
thank you for your reply.
I found this workaround, which I used on my old notebook.
sk92676 - Remote Access client download routes from all gateways in the Remote Access Community
Now, its working fine for me.
Thank you.
Greetings

Hey Goran,
We can definitely help. Can you please let us know if you see any logs about it or drops for that matter, on the gateway itself? Is the traffric even reaching the firewall?
